1:15 mentor-to-student ratio in classroom batches. Online batches are larger but include weekly small-group doubt sessions.

Weekday batches: 4 PM – 8 PM (after school). Weekend batches: 9 AM – 1 PM. Full-time droppers: 8 AM – 5 PM. Customised schedules at each centre.

Yes — every live class is recorded and uploaded to the LMS within 6 hours. Students can watch / re-watch from web or mobile app, anytime.

The recording is available on the LMS the same day. Mentor can also schedule a 1:1 catch-up session (no extra charge) if you've missed a critical concept.

Yes — Hiranandani Estate centre has a dedicated quiet study area. Full-time droppers get unlimited access to the library 8 AM – 8 PM Mon–Sat.

No — single sign-on. Your website login (e.g. student.aarav.5678) works on the website, the live class portal, and the Moodle Mobile app.

Yes — the mobile app has full offline mode. Download lectures, notes, even quizzes. Quiz answers sync automatically when you're back online.

Live class and LMS access need separate admin approval. After your registration payment is verified, admin grants both — usually within 4 working hours of payment confirmation.

Yes — parents get a separate login (role = Parent) with read-only access to the student's dashboard: completed lectures, quiz scores, attendance, fee status.

Monthly Parent–Teacher Meetings at the centre, plus weekly digital progress reports. Parents can also request a 1:1 mentor call anytime.
